Use cases
Wherever people choose and places are limited
Everyone ranks what they'd like. PickAndRank places them all at once, fairly, within every seat limit, and tells each person why.
Workshops
Conference and training days with limited seats.
Electives
Students rank courses, and every class stays within its size.
Camps
Activities across several sessions, with no repeats.
Capstone projects
Teams formed from what each student ranked.
Breakout sessions
Spread a big group across rooms, round by round.
Something else?
PickAndRank works for any event where people choose from options with limited places: field trips, volunteering shifts, sports and clubs, mentoring pairs. See how placement works. Not sure what to offer yet? Run an interest check first.
Let everyone pick. We'll work out who goes where.
Every event is free for up to 30 people. Set it up in five minutes.
